My Verdalis. I played Gloria for a time. I also have been play testing a few alt ideas.
Activity Level - Pretty high. I can be on most days.

What do your hours look like and how many hours can you commit weekly: I am pretty nocturnal. I wake up around 2pm-5pm and go to bed around 4am-8am on average. Though with my Vtubing, I plan to be busy Mon-Thurs, 8pm-Midnight
Why do you want to be part of the staff? What kind of position are you applying for?
I saw Sashi stepped down and I figured an extra pair of helping hands in my free time could help. I like writing and helping with writing lore. I can also help with bugfixing in the code if ya'll let me. I'm also fine with doing grunt work like giving people their approved customs, sorting out OOC player disputes, doing combat rulings, etc. I DO NOT want to be in charge of anything like balance or actually designing the world and it's lore. But more help out with fleshing things out. Basically, I just wanna be like a secretary-mod-person. Someone you can give a task to and expect it to be finished in a timely and effective manner. And someone whose able to help players sort their issues. I'd also like to help keep things organized and help manage breaking down bigger tasks into smaller ones so that they are easier to manage and less overwhelming.
What do you think good roleplay is? Good roleplay is a community effort in where people create player-characters that create an communal, interactive narrative. Good roleplaying is being able to distance yourself from your character enough torealize they are a work of fiction that is meant to co-exist in a world of other people's works of fiction. It is telling a story, together.
Anything else you think would be relevant to this application - Me and Vax have mixed history working together and I recognized that. But I wouldn't want to ever have a shared authority with him, I'm fine working under him and the rest of the Head Admins. I more just want this game to do well so that there is a good place for me and my friends to RP on. And I feel like it has that potential. Just need some help from someone who has more free time on her hands than what the current head staff do to keep things a little bit more organized and focused.
